Manage accounts
These pages manage the entire installation. Your platform role controls available actions. Workspace administrators do not automatically have system administrator access.
What to do on this page
Search users, add an account or edit its status using authorized controls. Manual verification confirms email ownership administratively; use it carefully.
Before you leave
- Save any changes and wait for the success message. Correct errors shown in a notification before trying again.
- If an option is missing, check the selected workspace, your permissions and its package with the workspace administrator.
