System email templates
These pages manage the entire installation. Your platform role controls available actions. Workspace administrators do not automatically have system administrator access.
What to do on this page
Choose the event and edit its subject and HTML body. Use the listed variables for app name and optional logo. A logo is not automatically inserted; the global email footer is appended.
Before you leave
- Save any changes and wait for the success message. Correct errors shown in a notification before trying again.
- If an option is missing, check the selected workspace, your permissions and its package with the workspace administrator.
- Close this guide tab to return to the page you were working on.
