Use a Kanban board
Choose Kanban for continuous work or Scrum for backlog and sprint planning. Board teams, list permissions and assignment rules control task visibility and movement.
What to do on this page
Create a task in an allowed list. Set dates, assignment, priority, labels and tags. With a mouse, drag from the card body or grip to move or reorder it; on touch screens use the grip. Click the task title normally to open it. A blocked move returns to its original position and shows an error. Parent tasks can finish only after their children are complete.
Before you leave
- Save any changes and wait for the success message. Correct errors shown in a notification before trying again.
- If an option is missing, check the selected workspace, your permissions and its package with the workspace administrator.
